My favorite way to use Essential Oils is using a Diffuer. There are several different types of diffusers, but I recommend you use a cold-air diffuser for these recipes. You will combine these essential oil recipes with water. You can adjust any of the ingredients to fit your goals. Depending on the diffuser, you’ll use between 60mL and 100mL of water.
1. Breathe Better (Respiratory Support)
- 2 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 2 Drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Lemon Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Rosemary Essential Oil
2. Immunity Booster
This blend is great for winter months. The orange helps bring out the citrus scent.
- 2 Drops Wild Orange Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Rosemary Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
3. Stress Be Gone
I use this to relax and unwind from a stressful day.
- 2 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
- 2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
4. So Fresh and So Clean
- 2 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
